Every Laurent Philippe timepiece is crafted with precision and care. We stand behind the quality of our watches and offer a 4-year international warranty from the date of purchase. This warranty is a reflection of our commitment to excellence and the trust we place in every model we create.

Warranty coverage

Your Laurent Philippe watch is covered for a period of 48 months (4 years) from the date of delivery, against any manufacturing defects in: • Movement mechanism • Internal components • Hands and dial • Assembly-related issues During the warranty period, if your watch proves to be defective in materials or workmanship under normal use, we will repair or replace it free of charge.

What is Not Covered

This warranty does not cover: • Damage caused by misuse, drops, impacts, or accidents • Normal wear and tear (including strap aging, scratches on case or glass) • Damage caused by water if the watch was exposed beyond its specified resistance • Battery replacement • Unauthorized repairs or modifications • Cosmetic damage caused after delivery Watches returned with removed protective films or signs of wear may be excluded from free warranty service.

How to Make a Warranty Claim

To submit a warranty claim: 1. Contact us at info@laurentphilippewatches.com 2. Include the following details in your message: • Full name and order number • Photos or video of the issue • A brief description of the problem 3. Once your claim is approved, we will provide return instructions and the next steps.

Return Shipping

The customer is responsible for safely packaging and shipping the watch to our service location. • In confirmed warranty cases, return shipping for the repaired or replaced item will be covered by us. • Items sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Proof of Warranty

To qualify for warranty service, please retain your: • Original proof of purchase or order confirmation • Warranty card (if included) • Original packaging (strongly recommended for return shipping)

Additional Notes

• Repairs or replacements under warranty do not extend or renew the original warranty period. • In the event the exact watch is no longer available, we may offer a replacement of equal value or style. • This warranty is valid internationally, regardless of the customer’s location.
