Return policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return: Your item must be in the same condition in which you received it — unworn, unused, with all original tags, protective films, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

How to start a return:

To initiate a return, please contact us at info@laurentphilippewatches.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll provide you with the return instructions and address. Returns must be sent to the following address: River Alley no. 5 Postal Code 707571 Iași County, Romania. Please note: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong product. We will evaluate the issue and provide a solution as soon as possible. ⸻ Exceptions / Non-returnable items. Certain types of items cannot be returned, including: • Customized products or personalized items. • Items that show signs of wear or use. • Products returned without original packaging or missing components. Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item, the fastest method is to return your product first. Once your return is accepted, you can place a separate order for the new item.

European Union 14-day cooling-off period

If your order was shipped within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. To qualify, the product must be in the same condition as received — unused, with all tags, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
